Dwayne Johnson’s career is a huge inspiration for many. Whether it be his overly popular character in WWE or his unprecedented success in Hollywood. There is a lesson to be learned at each step of the way for folks from his career. Johnson continues to provide major life goals to his fans.

Not only common audiences but many of today’s wrestlers credit him for choosing wrestling as a career. And a current SmackDown superstar gave major props to The Rock for his career in sports entertainment.

The Stamford-based promotion has seen a flurry of stables in recent times. Among them is the trio called Hit Row. The faction’s member Top Dolla recently interacted with AP Pro Football Podcast. He discussed the impact that Johnson had on his life.

Dolla said, “Yeah, I mean The Rock is the reason that I’m a wrestler. I grew up a huge fan of The Rock. Without him without him, I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing today. He made me care. He was on my birthday cake, like I said he was the guy. He was the guy. To this day, I’m still a huge fan of his, even though I’ve met him. I’m still a huge fan of his. The Rock, definitely, is the guy you know, who had a big impact on me.

The Great One has affected many lives unbeknownst to him. And Hit Row’s member is one shining example of that. The 32-year-old has certainly followed his idol Johnson’s path by making it to the WWE. He would be hoping to get a semblance of the success that his hero had in his wrestling career.

Although his group which also features Ashante “Thee” Adonis and B-Fab was hugely popular in the NXT days. They have been limited to the undercard and mid-card in their main roster run. Dolla can find inspiration from his idol Johnson on how to deal with tough times.

Dwayne Johnson once recalled taking inspiration from legends

The People’s Champ once recalled the difficult learning curve he had to go through at a very young age. He discussed the fact that he accompanied his legendary father to the gym. Johnson saw legends like Jimmy Snuka, Tony Atlas, and Road Warriors working out alongside him. 

He trained with his father on the mat, in what was a hugely difficult task for a youngster. But Johnson came out of it very brightly and cemented a lasting legacy both in WWE and in Hollywood.

Dwayne Johnson has achieved numerous accolades during his storied career. But even he would admit that inspiring the youth in any way shape or form is his biggest achievement.

Top Dolla is among the many who have found their hero in Johnson. The wrestler-turned-actor continues to influence a generation of aspiring wrestlers as well as actors.
