The WWE has established the day to return to one of its most popular destinations – Saudi Arabia. The Middle Eastern nation has showered a lot of love on WWE. To enhance the promotion’s already stellar PLEs, this time, Dwayne Johnson will also be making landfall in Saudi Arabia and performing before its crowd.

Ever since The Rock became a Hollywood megastar, his return to WWE usually sees him stay for a short period. However, it seems that The Rock will be extending his December 2023 arrival to the end of May 2024. But, what are the possible ways in which The Brahma Bull can make his Saudi Arabia PLE debut?

Dwayne Johnson is one of the best WWE wrestlers when it comes to mic work and promos. There are several WWE moments where he hasn’t wrestled (or just landed an electrifying Rock Bottom) but still entertained everyone. Given his upcoming film projects, there is a chance that The Rock will tread lightly in Saudi Arabia.

The Rock already has the experience of hosting WrestleMania 27, and he can certainly recreate that magic once again. Thus, while fans may not see him fight, they will still see his charismatic persona and smell his cooking.

Dwayne Johnson puts on the threads of a referee

While keeping Dwayne Johnson away from the fighting but more immersed in everything, WWE can also feature him as a special guest referee. Given how The Rock loves causing trouble and also wants to be seen as a man of integrity, this would be a remarkable twist.

As for which match he will preside over as the referee, it can be a possible clash between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. It is hard to predict which side Dwayne Johnson is on right now.

While he can switch to either side, he can also repeat his 30 September 1999 stint where he foiled the night of both Triple H and The British Bulldog.

Dwayne Johnson takes down Cody Rhodes

The 8 March episode of Friday Night SmackDown set a fiery rivalry between The Rock and Cody Rhodes in stone. While it was shocking enough to see Dwayne Johnson slap Rhodes, nobody expected The American Nightmare to come up with an equalizer.

The Rock unwavering from his stance, didn’t stop because of the slap and has made his Cody Rhodes beef official. He recently doled out more insults towards Rhodes as well as his brother, Goldust. Thus, Saudi Arabia can easily see a high-intensity one-on-one showdown between the two wrestlers.

The WWE Universe has been waiting for a Roman Reigns versus Dwayne Johnson clash for an eternity now. The Rock’s heel turn infuriated everyone when he tried to steal Cody’s Royal Rumble win. However, everyone wants to see The Rock fight Reigns for the title of the Tribal Chief.

Dwayne Johnson has exhibited dubious intentions ever since he arrived. Moreover, it won’t be surprising to see The Rock backstab Reigns and take his royal throne in Saudi Arabia. Given that WrestleMania can see a potential title change due to The Rock’s interference, this booking seems very likely.
