Along with all the news that is coming in from the wrestling world, a wrestler that has been in the headlines lately is Bill Goldberg. Be it his recent remarks on Vince McMahon or the rumors of his AEW debut, all of it gathered much attention. And those rumors appear to provoke the current AEW World Champion, MJF over the internet.

There’s no denying the fact that MJF takes his heel character wherever he goes, even to social media. He makes sure that fans get to see him doing his best heel work everywhere. That’s quite rare in pro wrestlers these days, however, the AEW star pulls it off magnificently. But his recent Twitter activity might have extended some limits, which is why he had to even delete the tweet.

Soon after this, the rumors of him joining AEW surfaced. With those rumors came a lot of speculations. One of them was a match between MJF and Goldberg in AEW.

The Covalent TV reported on the speculation in one of their Tweets, which caught the attention of the AEW Dynamite Diamond Ring himself. Thus, he didn’t leave a moment to not only address it but leave his comment as well.

In his now-deleted tweet, MJF wrote, “I’d beat the living shit out of this roided up jew.

In true MJF fashion, he thrilled everyone. Now fans must be waiting in bated breath to witness the intense match between MJF and Goldberg if the latter signs with AEW. To spice up things more, a statement by Tony Khan added fire to the rumors.

Goldberg as a free agent seems fascinating to Tony Khan

No one could deny that with his great tenure in WWE and WCW, Goldberg has become a household name in pro wrestling. Even the AEW president believes the same. He didn’t hesitate to speak highly about the 56-year-old while acknowledging that the superstar is a free agent now.

Tony Khan then added, “He’s one of the biggest names in wrestling and certainly will be something else to keep an eye on for us.”

As it appears unlikely for Goldberg at the moment to return to WWE, maybe an AEW run can be a good plan. Although, there’s nothing disclosed till now. Fans might have to wait for a little more to get an official announcement on the matter.
