During the recent edition of the Fightful Wrestling podcast, professional wrestling fanatics discussed some more names, including Jacob Fatu, Zilla Fatu, and Hikuleo, as the future Bloodline debuted. Reflecting on The Rock’s role in the fresh group, one of them noted, ”I guess The Rock is gonna lead one side and Roman comes back and takes the other so I guess Roman Jimmy and Jey, and maybe you put Jacob Fatu there and the rest of the young guys are all…. it’s The Rock’s people. ”

Right after Cody Rhodes’ decisive win at Night 2 of WrestleMania 40, people started frowning at the potential of the Bloodline armies, wondering if it could keep them hooked anymore going forward. However, their doubts quickly fizzled out when WWE introduced the former Bullet Club member Tama Tonga as the new signee of the Bloodline during a stacked blue brand episode. Tonga, in a trice, stormed through the ring and kicked Jimmy Uso out of the stage alongside Solo Sikoa.

From that point in time, Bloodline ushered into a whole new era with Sikoa asserting his Tribal Chief-like dominance over Paul Heyman, who looked clueless. Shortly after the arrival, Tama Tonga became an inescapable sensation of the faction. But it was not the end of WWE’s Bloodline experiment to fill the void of two bigwigs, The Rock and Roman Reigns. Within just days, the company injected Tonga’s brother Tanga Loa into the stable during the exaggerated night of backlash. And it seems like the spree will continue for some more time. So by the time The Final Boss is back, there will be a few new faces.

However, despite The Rock leading the young troops, a Roman Reigns-like guy might be a threat to him.

Will the envisaged Dwayne The Rock Johnson’s team be enough to fight a rising Jey Uso?

Jey Uso is rapidly gaining momentum in his single run in the division. Despite his defeat at the hands of Damian Priest at Backlash, his trajectory is on an upward spike. While he doesn’t have the mammoth star power like Cody Rhodes, Mclntyre, or CM Punk, the unbridled Yeet chants at Backlash depicted he’s slowly and steadily reaching there.

With that kept in mind, The Rock needs someone as over as the elder Uso in his team to make the storyline more intriguing. It might be anyone among Solo Sikoa, Tanga Loa, Tama Tonga, or a debuting Jacob Fatu, but for that to happen, they still need much rework to get on that level.
