“I Can’t Wait to Get My Hands on You”: Brock Lesnar Issued a Stern Warning to Cain Velasquez For Putting a Scar On His Face

Brock Lesnar is indeed one of the most feared wrestlers of all time. The Beast is known for his reputation of destroying everyone who gets in his way. But even the Beast Incarnate once had to face his own demons from the past. All hell broke loose for Lesnar when his former UFC rival stepped into WWE.

Cain Velasquez is a former two-time world heavyweight champion in the UFC. “Cardio Cain” retired from MMA in 2019 and joined the wrestling promotion WWE that same year. But he was making his debut in WWE to fight his former rival Brock Lesnar in the UFC.

Cain Velasquez challenged Brock Lesnar, who was already the WWE champion at that time. The two-time UFC Heavyweight champion had already defeated Lesnar via submission in the UFC 121 back in 2009. It was an enormous loss for The Beast and Velasquez was aiming to achieve that same victory over Lesnar in WWE.

When Triple H announced the Crown Jewel, Cain Velasquez took it as an opportunity to roast Lesnar on the previous loss against him. Velasquez said during the announcement, “Hello, WWE Universe. I’m so excited to be joining the WWE. Brock Lesnar crossed the wrong familia (family). And for that, he needs to pay. I beat him once before, in the UFC, and I’m ready to do it again.”

Brock Lesnar had a fitting reply to Cain Velasquez

In the Crown Jewel announcement of 2019, Brock Lesnar made it clear that he will demolish Cain Velasquez in the Ring. “Words can’t describe the feelings that I had in the ring when Cain Velasquez come walking down this ramp. For ten years, for ten long years, I’ve been waiting for this moment, Cain. I get up every day, and I have to look at this scar that you put on my face, inside that octagon. I can’t wait. I can’t wait to get my hands on you again.”

Brock Lesnar did manage to beat Cain Velasquez in the ring and sustain his WWE title. Lesnar showed the current Lucha Libre star that he meant what he said during the announcement.
