As a result of years of constant gym attendance, his physique has developed into one of the most stunning bodies that any international star has.
Despite being an actor, he still possesses a physique that is equivalent to a bodybuilder’s. Interestingly, Johnson confessed that he has always liked going to the gym and has always been a gym rat while discussing the same in an interview with Muscle and Fitness.

One of these movies is Pain and Gain, which is based on the true story of a group of Florida bodybuilders who attempt to abduct and extort money. In 2013, in an interview with Muscle and Fitness, he discussed the movie and his passion for bodybuilding.

In the interview, Johnson stated that bodybuilding remained his genuine love and that he will always put it ahead of his career as a professional wrestler or Hollywood celebrity. In his words, “I am a lot of things, but at my core, I always have been and always will be a bodybuilder. At least in terms of training, nutrition, and the love of being a gym rat.”

And he genuinely thinks that bodybuilding has been a constant throughout his life, no matter where he has been—in football, pro wrestling, or Hollywood. And he sincerely believes that his physique is a fruit of his frequent gym attendance, good nutrition, and perseverance.
