Strength makes Brock Lesnar so well respected. Owing to his frightening brick outhouse build, he can unnerve any opponent. A few individuals would be willing to face The Beast Incarnate, who is 6’3″ and weighs 286 pounds.

However, the basketball legend expressed hope for a call from the WWE and a showdown with former UFC and WWE monster Brock Lesnar in 2015 during his appearance in America’s Pregame on FOX Sports.

Many basketball players, such as Shaquille O’Neil, have a reasonably big physique, much like professional wrestlers do. One such player was the finest to ever take up the sport and a physical monster on the court, Karl Malone.

Interestingly, ‘The Mailman’ has already dabbled in the world of professional wrestling. Malone had earlier shown up in the ring to take part in a tag team fight with Hulk Hogan and Dennis Rodman. Therefore, he was familiar with professional wrestling, and besides that, he made several appearances.

In light of this, he was questioned about his intentions to return to the ring. In response, he said he was hoping WWE would contact him, and that is how he would make his comeback and then directly challenged Lesnar to a match.

In his words, “I’m waiting on that call from WWE because I’m gonna get back in the ring with them. If I make a comeback, I’ll make a comeback with WWE. How about that? Brock Lesnar, I’m calling him out.”

Lesnar’s career was on the rise in 2015 since he had already established himself as a dominant force in the UFC and WWE. In 2014, he snapped the legendary Taker’s streak. All of this made Malone the favorite to get into a fight with him.

He wanted to battle Lesnar this time, just like the last time, when they squared off against Hulkster, who was then at his peak. Malone has yet to make his official comeback to the ring, therefore the bout, regrettably, never took place.
