A few years back, shared his feelings about several topics during a podcast named WWE After the Bell. There he highlighted why John Cena was the one who changed the whole game for him, and not Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. He also mentioned that he learned how consistency leads you to the path where you can show your value.

During the podcast he said, “In this day and age, your run has to be pretty significant, you know what I mean, to really make waves. John Cena changed that whole game for us. Umm… it was a lot different for Rock and Steve. You know… they did their thing and it seemed like it was kind of a transition into the next guys. But, they had man, you gotta be able to hold it down for a while and show that you can do this for quite some time because there’s no off-season. And the real way to show your value nowadays is consistency, and I think that’s in everything, though.”
