WWE has earned a notorious reputation for firing superstars whenever one least expects it. This trend started in 2020 when the company fired dozens of superstars citing ‘budget cuts’. However, the latest firing of Shane McMahon has really taken aback many wrestlers.
‘The prodigal son’ made his comeback to in-ring performance as a surprise entrant during the men’s Royal Rumble match. Even the WWE Universe in St. Louis loved seeing Shane McMahon back in action after so long.

However, soon WWE ‘quietly’ released Shane and there are a lot of theories circling in the industry. It looks like Nia Jax is still shocked seeing Vince just fired his own son.
The former WWE Raw Women’s champion noted that at first, she thought that to survive WWE you have to be related to a known entity in this business. However, this latest firing shocked Nia to her core.

With this latest tweet. she even took a dig on her family lineage as the Samoans have been involved in the world of pro-wrestling for decades.
Tension runs high after the release of Shane McMahon
The WWE Universe is still wrapping their heads around the latest firing of Shane O’Mac. It is reported that before the Royal Rumble event, Shane intervened in rapper Bad Bunny’s entrance number, causing several last-minute changes.
It looks like Shane’s this behavior rubbed a lot of backstage authority in the wrong and eventually; he was released by the company. On the other hand, it does not look much surprising because, given the recent trend, WWE is really cleaning house.
