WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes has won over the hearts of everyone in the WWE Universe with his humility. The American Nightmare is known for his fan engagement and how he communicates and deals with them. Recently, however, fans noticed another humble superstar do something that is usually done by Rhodes.

The WWE crew recently went to Toronto for a live event. Sami Zayn was also part of the team and local fans naturally wanted to see the Canadian wrestler. A social media post captured the former tag team champ engaging with the fans just like Cody Rhodes does. In fact, the post showed the high-flier interacting with every single one of them.

Wrestle Features recently added a video via a post on X. The post carried the caption, “After yesterday’s WWE live event in Toronto, Sami Zayn greeted EVERY SINGLE fan who was waiting outside. What a gem of a human being.” The video showed Zayn greeting every fan, just like Cody Rhodes.

Cody Rhodes has the reputation of never sending a fan back with a proper and warm word. A similar scene unfolded in Toronto as Sami Zayn fans flocked around him excitedly. The former tag team championship holder could be seen joining everyone as they clicked a picture with him.

More than just clicking a picture, the humble wrestler actually had a word with everyone before sharing a frame with them. The footage showcased a chilly night scene, but if his fans were standing in the cold, Sami Zayn was game for it as well.

While Cody Rhodes has shown great respect towards his fans, he has done the same for WWE Superstars. In fact, he asked the crowd to cheer for a hardworking wrestler despite the cameras being turned off.

Previously this year, Chad Gable had challenged Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship. While the wrestler poured immense effort into the match, Gunther ultimately prevailed and extended his championship reign. When the cameras went off-air for the commercial break, Rhodes was making his way to the ring for the next match.

While everything was normal so far, Cody Rhodes did something unusual here. He asked Gable to return to the ring, and Gable promptly followed the senior wrestler. To his surprise, the American Nightmare asked the crowd to cheer for Gable. This was a very warm and selfless gesture from Rhodes.

Cody Rhodes had failed to dethrone Roman Reigns from his spot during WrestleMania 39 as well. But he knows that the challenger is as worthy and hardworking as the champion.
