From this point on, the Usos and Reigns were becoming one of the top stables in the WWE. Reigns assigned himself as the Head of The Table, with Paul Heyman as his advisor. Jey would become his right-hand man. Throughout this time, there was a solid brothership between the men.

In 2023, Jimmy was the first to leave the group, and his brother Jey sided with him. Jimmy had been the scapegoat in the group for quite some time. Money in the Bank 2023 saw Reigns and Solo Sikoa take on the Usos. After a grueling match, Jey got the pin on Reigns, which was the first direct pinfall loss since December 2019.

This would lead to a singles match between Jey and Reigns at SummerSlam 2023. Despite standing up for his brother, it would be Jimmy who would cost Jey the match. On the August 11 episode of SmackDown, Jey super kicked the members of The Bloodline and quit the group and SmackDown. He then went onto go on a different tangent than expected.

Jey Uso decided to distance himself from The Bloodline and their nefarious affairs as he joined RAW. After joining RAW, Jey was first approached by The Judgment Day to form an alliance. However, Jey refused and started a feud with the group along with Cody Rhodes. While on RAW, he reunited with Sami Zayn and won the trust of Kevin Owens.

Now, with Reigns back after a short absence, he ordered Jimmy to win back the Undisputed Tag titles. The season premiere of SmackDown saw a staredown between The Bloodline and Jey and Rhodes.
