Rafael Nadal’s 2021 season has been a mixed bag so far. He was defeated by Stefanos Tsitsipas at the Australian Open quarter-finals. Even on clay, the Spaniard was outlasted by Andrey Rublev and Alexander Zverev in Monte Carlo and Madrid Masters respectively.
But, Nadal bounced back with two trophies at Barcelona and Rome, where he defeated Tsitsipas and Novak Djokovic in the finals. As the Spaniard prefers to directly play the Wimbledon without any pre-tournaments in between, his performance at the event remains to be seen.
