Jay Cutler, a legendary figure in the world of bodybuilding, is often associated with his immense size and sculpted physique. While popular belief suggests that his training style primarily revolved around high volume, a lesser-known truth challenges this notion. Cutler has been open about the fact that he did not prefer to train till failure. However, it does not necessarily rule out the possibility that Cutler didn’t use to go all-out every once in a while.
