On account of violating house arrest, Gervonta Davis is currently spending the remainder of his 90-day sentence in jail. Davis, who was ordered to reside at trainer Calvin Ford‘s place bereft of comfort and luxury, recently purchased property worth $3.4 million. With this act, he violated the terms of his house arrest and likewise was sent to jail. While still in jail, the 28-year-old has reported a burglary in his Florida mansion.

According to Davis’ attorney, Michael Tomko, among other objects, the burglars stole “prized boxing regalia” and “several collector automobiles.” While Davis spends his time in jail, Tomko informed the media that The Broward County Sheriff’s Office is looking into the matter. Additionally, Tomko assured that the Sheriff’s Office would discern the “possible existence of other threats.”

Although Davis later took the mentioned story down, his statements helped the world understand why he faced the situation he was in. In his statements, Davis admitted he bought a property. Addressing his judge, Davis said, “She’s mad that I bought a property. That’s why I’m sitting in jail. She said that I shouldn’t have.”
