Jake Paul lives a life many can only dream of. The 26-year-old has been in the public limelight since he was 18. From commencing his career in Vine to becoming a professional boxer; “The problem child” has succeeded at almost every vocation he has dabbled in. Subsequently, he has earned abundant wealth and is reaping the fruits of his hard work.

His net worth is estimated to be upward of $30 Million dollars. Yet, when he shifted to Puerto Rico from Los Angeles—the internet sensation proclaimed to live in a “Shack.” However, in a recent turn of events, Paul changed his residence, and it is an upgrade, to say the least.

Jake Paul claims to get an “Incredible deal” after spending $16 Million Dollars on his new mansion

Jake Paul’s mansion has it all. The $16 dollar extravagant property boasts no fewer than eight bedrooms, a dozen bathrooms and a garage with a capacity to accommodate half a dozen of his supercars. Despite such facilities and the price tag, Paul thinks he got an “incredible deal” on his new property.

In a recent episode of “Impaulsive”,  Paul reflected upon on his new house and claims to have gotten a good deal. He stated, “I was patient bro. I lived in a f*cking shack for two years cause the market was outrageous.” He added, “I was f*ck this shit but I waited and waited and literally got an incredible deal on the house”

It is no secret that since 2020, the housing prices have been affected due to the pandemic. One may argue that Paul did the right thing to wait and purchase it at a time which is the most lucrative. However, it can be safely said that Paul would live a comfortable life in his $16 Million dollar mansion and maybe in content given his “Incredible deal”.

Paul dives in on his life at 40

Paul has succeeded in life at a very young age. With the right financial guidance, the YouTuber turned boxer can live a settled life forever. Reflecting on the same, he described how he envisions his life at 40.

In the same episode, He stated, “I would be 40 and fat cause I love food,” He adds, “This year I realised I would let myself go but I definitely would be chilling with a cigar and will be chilling.”
