Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone dedicated a lot of time in his training to best portray the role of the iconic Rocky Balboa character that has intrigued fans for decades. Stallone understood that to convincingly portray the legendary boxer, he had to embody the physicality and strength associated with the character.

To transform his body, Sly embarked on an intense and rigorous training regime. Moreover, his training regimen combined various elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and boxing-specific drills. This resulted in him displaying one of the most iconic physiques of the time with many awestruck over ‘Sly’s transformation.
In addition, it looks like the Hollywood actor might have revealed how he achieved this physique. Stallone recently shared a resurfaced video where he can be seen working out with former 2-time Mr. Olympia Franco Columbu.
