He is by far the most renowned YouTuber turned boxer, who’s turned into a household name. As a consequence, not only casual fans, but bigwigs of the boxing vertical cannot sustain themselves from talking about Paul.

Recently, the Top Rank boss, Bob Arum, who turned 90, interacted with Ariel Helwani. Here, he gave an honest opinion on ‘The Problem Child’.

Arum said, “I’ve never seen him [Jake Paul] fight. I don’t know if he can fight or not. I’m inclined to believe that an experienced fighter in his weight class would demolish him.”

“An experienced fighter in any weight class will demolish a young fighter no matter what his amateur pedigree is.”

“If he arranges these fights, and people want to watch the fights, I’m all for it.”

On December 18, Jake Paul was all set to square off with pro-boxer Tommy Fury. This fight was regarded as the ultimate test for ‘The Problem Child’ because ‘TNT’, a pro-boxing prodigy, had enough abilities to push Paul to the brink of his fighting skills.

Unfortunately, Fury chose to withdraw from the fight due to medical reasons.

However, Paul was eager to stay on the line for his last outing of 2021. Consequently, he got a worthy opponent in Tyron Woodley, and now, the former rivals will have a go at each other with an unchanged slot.

After his last fight with Woodley, a lot of fans asked Paul to take up a fight against a pro-boxer who’s around his age, and better in terms of skills.

That said, Tommy Fury was one opponent in his hit list for a long time. Accordingly, he set himself up for a fight with the Briton. After Fury’s decision to step back, Paul will still keep himself challenged by taking on a noteworthy fighter.

Paul is elevating his career in the finest way, and winning over Woodley in the rematch will help him become even better than before. It’ll be interesting to see how things take place between the two on December 18.
