Jake Paul had touched down professional boxing by joining hands with Matchroom Kingpin Eddie Hearn in 2019 when he took on Ali Eson Gib. After a successful debut, ‘The Problem Chid’ went under the Triller stable and has appeared in two successful events.

Following a win over Nate Robinson in the undercard of Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones, Paul knocked out Ben Askren in a stellar main event on April 17. Meanwhile, he will appear next against Tyron Woodley on August 29 but this time, under the Showtime banner.

While Showtime boxing has been leading the combat world for a long time, Paul can look forward to attaining bigger goals with them. Ahead of his scrap against Tyron Woodley, ‘The Problem Child’ has expressed views on working with Showtime before addressing several other scenarios.

Jake Paul said, “I appreciate it, man, it’s amazing to be with Showtime. You know they are the best in the business and they get what I am trying to do. So, being in partnership with them is massive, and yeah. I am excited to do this for sure in Cleveland, Ohio with them.”

Akin to Paul, former UFC champion Woodley will also earn the biggest payday of his fight career on debuting under Showtime. The 5x titlist in the UFC had lost his charm by the end of his career in MMA. However, a swift transition to boxing can re-ignite his flare.
