Before facing Tommy Fury in the ring, Jake Paul went up against the likes of Nate Robinson, Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley, and Anderson Silva in boxing. Winning against them, Paul maintained a clean sheet. However, unlike the fighters Paul faced before, Tommy Fury was young, active, and above all, belonged to boxing. While many rested their faith in Fury, there were others who doubted his abilities. However, Fury proved his doubters wrong on February 26th. After Paul’s statement following his loss against Fury, several people replied to him.

While some acknowledged his fighting spirit, some were glad he got defeated. A user, @Abuloted, branded Paul as a “fraud” and claimed that he was “finished” following his loss.
