While his professional boxing career has grabbed challenges from professional fighters now, Paul’s workout routine is worth noting down. The 24-year-old trains heavily and has been under the guidance of several professional combatants. He is 5’11” with an approximate weight of 165 lbs, and trains like a beast every day. Being new to the sport of punches, Paul’s workout includes a lot of boxing drills. However, he also performs cardio tasks, weight lifting, and core workouts. Apart from that, he also does a lot of free running and other exercises.
According to Jacked Gorilla, ‘The Problem Child’s’ weight training consists of deep squats, dumbbell thrusters, and bench presses. He follows it up by leg raises, crunches, hanging leg raises, ball throws, scissor kicks, and the medicine ball crunches. All these fall under his core workout routine.
