Ryan Garcia lodged a strong and assertive response when a follower questioned a certain faith-related aspect. The young boxer closed the year on a happy note. In April, he suffered his first career loss to Gervonta Davis. But seven months later, he came back strong, knocking out Oscar Duarte early in December.
He shared the details through his Instagram story as well as through X/Twitter handle. The young Californian, who again tasted success, may want to continue with the momentum. Hence, making his way to the next big fight of his career, he appears to have initiated talks for a bout with another superstar, Devin Haney. If the talks make it through, then fans will have another blockbuster in their hands.

However, a user told him to desist from sharing content about God. According to them, genuine believers don’t brag about their faith. “Stop post about God, my friend…true believers never boast about their faith…,” the user said. But Ryan Garcia would have none of it. Taking a verse from the Corinthians, he said, “Translation (NLT): 2 Corinthians 10:17. As the scriptures say,” If you want to boast, boast only about the Lord.”

Last year, as Logan Paul hosted him on his popular podcast ‘Impaulsive,’ ‘KingRy’ shared in detail about his beliefs. He said, “As I’ve grown, I’ve came to obviously the faith of Christianity and my belief, uh, in Jesus Christ, that he died for our sins, and that’s what I hold true to myself.” Later, he elaborated on how embracing Christ ignited a passion in him to share the uplifting message of the gospel with others.
