Tyson Fury has been making headlines in the boxing world. He undoubtedly stands toe to toe with the top boxers in the history of the heavyweight division. Even Mike Tyson called Tyson Fury as the ‘Greatest fighter in the world’. Fury has shown glimpses of his greatness by defeating opponents like Deontay Wilder and Derek Chisora. However, it is often pointed out by a certain section of boxing fans that he hasn’t faced enough high-quality opponents during his career. If he can win his fight against Usyk, it will cement his name as one of the greatest heavyweights in boxing.

Tyson Fury’s bout against Usyk is one of the most highly anticipated events this year. Fans are waiting with bated breath to finally find out who amongst the two will make history. However, there have been multiple problems that have previously put the fight in jeopardy. With so much going on, Tyson Fury has been very active on his Instagram. Recently he shared a reel of Mike Tyson sharing his wisdom. In the video, Mike Tyson shared an important message about enemies and friends from his experience.

Tyson Fury recently shared a video of Mike Tyson pouring out his thoughts about friends and enemies. The video in question was from an interview he did last year with ‘World Boxing Council’.

In the video, the interviewer makes a general statement to Mike. He says, “Sometimes there’s a thing when you have bad thoughts about somebody. But then you go with that someone, and you do something good instead of doing bad.” To this, Mike replies by sharing his own experience.

Mike said, “this is what I learned, everybody that you fight is not your enemy and everybody that helps you is not your friend”. Mike Tyson further added, “And that’s what life taught me. People that you fight are your best allies, (from) my experience.”

Frank Warren on the status of Fury vs Usyk

Promoter Frank Warren has reassured boxing fans that the heavyweight unification fight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk will take place on April 29 as planned, despite doubts arising over the fight’s date. Fury confirmed that his training camp is underway and that he only needed six weeks to get in shape for the Wembley bout.

Fury then claimed in a video that he’d been in contact with his lawyers about “a rematch clause and all that b******s”.

Usyk’s promoter accused Fury of “running scared”.

Despite this, Warren dismissed doubts, insisting that he is confident the heavyweight unification clash will go ahead as planned. The division hasn’t had an undisputed champion since Lennox Lewis won the WBO, WBA (Super), IBO and IBF titles in 1999, and both fighters publicly agreed to a 70-30 purse split.
