Witnessing Anthony Edwards’ Abortion Controversy, Jeff Teague and Co Pinpoint 1 Absurd Habit of “No.1 Picks”: “Leave Them Alone…”

With the controversial abortion saga of Anthony Edwards still ongoing, Jeff Teague and his crew give their take. Interestingly, they have a unique point of view of the whole incident. Instead of adding fuel to the fire, Teague and his boys have a word of advice for everyone. Though more specifically for the “No.1 picks” of the NBA. He brings our attention to how Zion Williamson was embroiled in a controversy, as well as DeAndre Ayton. And they were all number-one draft picks, including the current hot topic, Anthony Edwards.
“Y’all gotta stop slamming these IG models man, leave them alone, they ain’t no good for you,” DJ Wells’s words of wisdom.
Since Anthony Edwards’ public apology for asking the Instagram model to undergo abortion and even offering money, there hasn’t been anything else to go by. Edwards had also mentioned in the apology that he would like to handle the matter privately. So we might have to wait for official news from ANT himself or a representative.

Somewhat of a similar situation happened to Zion Williamson as well earlier in the year. Allegedly being linked to a pornstar and IG model, following the pregnancy announcement had him under the heat. But Williamson had gone silent throughout the whole ordeal. De’Andre Ayton had also gotten tangled in a somewhat similar fashion. Except, the Instagram model herself came to his rescue.
While the “Ant-Man” might be having a major headache off-court, he seems to be doing a really good job of leaving them outside.

Anthony Edwards and Co. hand the Lakers another loss
Tonight’s LeBron-less matchup saw the Timberwolves serve LA their fourth loss. With a few concerns regarding AD and Vando’s availability initially, both of them suited up come game time. Anthony Davis deserves special mention here. Despite rolling his ankle twice in two weeks, “The Brow” took point in leading the Purple and Gold.
Davis posted 31 points, four assists, and eight rebounds, while Austin Reaves took the second place in points scored (20) tonight. He also had five assists and seven rebounds. Hachimura (18) and D’Lo (17) followed. Though the match didn’t go as well as they had hoped, in a way it was great to see the Lakers show consistency and chemistry on the court.

Anthony Edwards, on the other hand, had 27 points, five assists and seven rebounds tonight. KAT (21) and Gobert (15) were right behind him in points. Averaging 24.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 5.1 assists this season, Edwards seems to be doing well. Hopefully, his off-court troubles also settle soon enough for him to focus completely on his child and game!
