One of them was also footstep audio – a very crucial aspect that can make or break the chances of winning for a player in a match. The footstep audio helps in detecting the movement of a nearby enemy.

While the predecessor ended up being a fun ride for Call of Duty fans, the same can’t be said of its sequel in Warzone 2. Recently, a Reddit user took to the social platform to express their anger towards the way developers have implemented the footstep audio in this title.

The user, known as Klubhead, mentioned in their post that Warzone 2 has “the worst footstep audio in gaming history is delusional. Embarrassing that a game of this caliber even considered a ranked mode.”
