Genshin Impact is full of playable characters for players to buy or unlock and add to their teams. However, only some characters are not as preferred as others. There can be several reasons for this.

Maybe the character is not very powerful or maybe it is not up to a player’s expectations.

Yae Miko – an underpowered Genshin Impact electro
One such character is Yae Miko. This Electro Character is known to be a decent electro support with some passive electro abilities. She uses her electro abilities by setting up a number of electro pillars on the ground that damage the enemies when they get close to the pillars. She is in fact a decent character and she does a decent amount of damage.

But her passive nature always restrained players from using her as their primary. But many still used her for slowly draining their enemies of their health pool by just planting electro pillars and chilling. This use was limited to exploration or daily quests. Players usually just planted a lot of pillars and moved on with their quests or world exploration. But in active combat against any difficult enemies, such a character can drag the fight longer than it should be.

How Dendro turned her
All this has changed, thanks to the Introduction of Dendro to the game. Dendro is basically a blanket buff to all the electro characters, giving them a damage boost based on their elemental masteries. This buff actually increases the damage threshold of Yae Miko.
Thanks to Dendro, now Genshin Impact players can confidently use Yae Miko as their primary without fear of doing very little damage to stronger enemies.
Weapons and Artifacts that players can use to take full advantage of Yae Miko’s potential

Artifacts
First of all, players should definitely use the character’s artifact set called the gilded dreams. It is a 2 piece set that adds 80 points to Elemental Mastery.
Then players can also choose Thudersoother, Thundering Fury, Gladiator’s Finale, and Wanderer’s Troupe depending upon what they are farming.

Weapons
In terms of weapons, any 5-star from Lost Prayer to Kagura’s Varity works great for Yae Miko, but the preferable weapon for Yae Miko should be The Widsith, a weapon that has a short rotation, effectively making attacks faster.
Yae Miko’s transformation after Dendro’s introduction proves to be one big point. miHoYo probably has plans for most characters they introduce in the game. If you think some character is underpowered today, they might conclude its growth by releasing a single update tomorrow.

For now, though, the Dendro update has made fans of Yae Miko a lot happier. There are plenty of people in Genshin Impact’s fanbase who actually like using Yae Miko as a character more than any other. So those players can now finally rejoice, as Dendro Yae Miko is now at full power.
