As reported by Sky Sports, former F1 world champion Button has stated that to avoid further collisions, the two drivers need to talk about the crash, one to one, otherwise their rivalry could turn ugly very soon.
“It’s going to be a feisty one from here on, which is good for us watching but whether it’s good for them – I don’t know! Emotions are running so high, these are two of the best drivers that have ever driven F1 cars and it is going to be fisticuffs over the next few races,” said Button.

“We’ve just got to hope it’s done in the right manner. I think after this race hopefully they’ll discuss it, that’s what’s important to me it’s that these drivers understand what happened and they talk about it and they move on, and then they can fight as they should with the gloves off.”

The Mercedes driver is known to be someone who prioritizes inner peace and does not like to hold on to negativity. So, it is no surprise that he is willing to talk things out with Max before their rivalry turns ugly.
“I’m open to it, I don’t have any issues,” said Hamilton.
“I mean, I don’t really know what we’ll say. Just game on, we’ll just keep on attacking, there needs to be respect on track, but if not, this will happen more often I guess. And I tried my hardest just to stay as clean as possible.”
