The two title contenders are going wheel to wheel each race weekend, with the reigning champion, Hamilton aiming to secure a record eighth world championship, whereas the young blood, Verstappen, wanting to become the youngest world champion.

Meanwhile, the former world champion, Fernando Alonso hopes the title fight between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton is not decided until the final race weekend.

As quoted by Speedweek.com, when asked about the intense battle for the world championship between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen, Fernando Alonso replied: “I don’t know who will manage to win the title in the end.”

Alonso is excited about the upcoming Belgian GP
