List of F1 Drivers Who’ve Won the Spectacular Race of Champions, Featuring Romain Grosjean

Race of Champions is an annual event where the very best drivers from motorsport come together to compete against each other. Drivers from across the motorsport series such as Formula One, NASCAR, and IndyCar come together to race. This year, Sebastian Vettel and Mick Schumacher will represent F1 and Germany.

Vettel has won the ROC on many previous occasions. He has won the individual and the Nations Cup with Mick’s father, Michael Schumacher.

As reported by Roc.com, Many Formula One drivers have graced the annual event in its history. Drivers like Pascal Wehrlein, David Coulthard, Mika Hakkinen, Esteban Ocon and Romain Grosjean have all driven in the race.

Some F1 drivers have even won the event. Romain Grosjean, Juan Pablo Montoya, Heikki Kovalainen and Sebastian Vettel have won the individual Race of Champions. Whilst many former and present drivers have won the ROC Nations Cup.

Vettel and Schumacher to represent Germany in Race of Champions

As reported by Motorsport.com, the Aston Martin driver and Haas rookie will team up to represent Germany in the Race of Champions Nations Cup. They had previously paired together in ROC Nations Cup in 2019, where they finished second.

“Representing Germany together with Sebastian will for sure be big fun, and obviously, we aim to win a trophy again. I so very much look forward to meeting all the other drivers and spending time with them during the Race of Champions weekend.

Vettel has not won the Race of Champions since 2015 and ROC Nations Cup since 2017. He would look to change that stat and bring the trophy home to Germany again with young Schumacher.
