Despite being British, the Mercedes driver holds honorary citizenship of Brazil, thanks to his F1 career and a special affection for the country. However, Hamilton has once again won the Brazilian hearts, as his heartwarming gesture left a young fan spellbound.

The Brazilian Grand Prix is not only emotionally valuable for Hamilton but also professionally. He is battling with Sergio Perez in the drivers’ championship, and his team is battling Ferrari in the constructors’ championship. But despite having so much on the line, the Mercedes driver made a young fan’s day with his sweet gesture.

In an event organized by Mercedes for the Brazilian fans, a 13-year-old kid asked Lewis Hamilton a question. But upon seeing his racing idol, the kid couldn’t contain himself as he showered Hamilton with appreciation and praise. It’s quite clear that Hamilton played a significant role in the young fan’s life. Despite being a Brazilian, he fearlessly addressed the F1 legend, all in English!

His impressive fluency in English shocked even Hamilton himself, considering how well a kid that young could speak a second language. So much so that he even asked the kid for his business card as it’s unusual for a child that young to present himself so well.

His happiness was evidently visible as he shared on Instagram, “To wrap up the day spectacularly, ladies and gentlemen, the boss — he is amazing. He welcomed me and was so kind. I didn’t want to leave his side. What a wonderful human being”

Lewis Hamilton might be a fantastic driver, but undoubtedly he’s an even better person. His relentless pursuit of victory and determination continues to inspire millions, as visible with this young kid.

Can Hamilton turn the good vibes into a win at the Brazilian Grand Prix?

However, the main question remains whether Hamilton can finally end his win drought and turn all the good vibes surrounding him at the Brazilian Grand Prix. There’s no doubt that the Interlagos is a special place for him. The connection to Ayrton Senna, the people, and the iconic Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace. There simply can’t be a better place for him to end his almost two-season-long drought.
