“We are so f**king back”: Sentinels are the new Valorant champions

Team Sentinels has been crowned the world champion of Valorant as the AfreecaTV Valorant League Championship concluded its final. The popular Esports team emerged as the winner in the grand finale against Paper Rex. Here’s how the brand reacted to the big win.

It is important to note that while Sentinels had looked lukewarm throughout the year, Paper Rex has had one of the most dominant years. Paper Rex won the VCT Pacific league, finished third at the Masters Tokyo, and second at the Champions 2023. In fact, their hot streak of dominance seemed quite evident in the AfreecaTV Valorant League. After one initial roadblock, the journey to the grand finals was a cakewalk for the team.

On the contrary, the recent track record of Sentinels wasn’t convincing at all. But everything is history now as the legendary pros of Valorant are back at it. The team wrote, We are so f**king back,” and the fans couldn’t agree more.

The post itself testifies to the importance of the win. The champions would not only take $25,000 home but the pride of ending the season with a Valorant crown.

As mentioned above, Sentinels had not been convincing throughout. But this league was a different story altogether. If a Sentinel player has to picture an ‘ideal comeback story’, this would be it. After making some changes in the roster, the lineup seemed the strongest it had looked lately.
