His performance during the playoffs made all the difference, with an average of 0.407. All the effort he put in alongside his teammates proved crucial for the team.

As the result of a successful year, the legend was bound to get his due. He won over five awards, including the Gold Glove Award, Silver Slugger Award, and AL Hank Aaron Award. Even though, he missed winning the championship for the rest of his playing career but has become an example of hard work and dedication.
