UFC Books Ariane Lipski vs Mandy Bohm for Fight Night Card in September, Venue Shifted From London to Las Vegas

UFC won’t be moving to London on September 4th. The promotion has now shifted the Fight Night event scheduled for that date to UFC Apex. The event could have been their first in Europe since 2019, as the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent restrictions made it difficult to host events for the entirety of 2020.
Although the venue has been changed, it has no bearing on the main event as Darren Till will still take on Derek Brunson in the clash of the middleweight titans. (via MMA Fighting)
But the change in the location affected another match as the Brazilian Taila Santos won’t be able to compete against Mandy Bohm. Instead, Ariane Lipski steps up for the challenge. Santos, facing visa troubles has gotten replaced.

‘Monster’ Bohm (7-0) will make her debut with this event. The German fighter has remained undefeated since making her professional debut in 2014. She last fought against Griet Eeckhout in November last year under the Bellator MMA banner.

‘Queen of Violence’ Lipski will look to bring her octagon career back on track after succumbing to successive TKO losses. The Brazilian fought in losing causes against Antonina Shevchenko and Montana De La Rosa. Her overall career record now stands at 13-7 with a shaky 2-4 in UFC.
Darren Till makes his UFC return
Till will return to action after spending time on the sidelines because of injuries. First, he would have fought Jack Hermansson at UFC on ESPN 19 last December. But later Till withdrew from the bout because of an injury. ‘The Gorilla’ was replaced by Kevin Holland, who later got replaced by Marvin Vettori.
Then, he again pulled back from his fight against Marvin Vettori in April at UFC on ABC 2. He suffered a broken collarbone just a week prior to the bout and got replaced by Kevin Holland. He last fought against Robert Whittaker in July last year, albeit in a losing cause via unanimous decision.
