Kevin Harvick bid farewell to full-time racing in the NASCAR Cup Series last Sunday. Following the conclusion of the postseason finale in Phoenix, the 47-year-old acted upon his decision, which he’d communicated at the start of 2023. While the fans might miss one Harvick on the track, they could also see another Harvick gracing the tracks soon.

Saturday was a racing festival at Fayetteville Motor Speedway. As Legend Car Dirt Racing arrived at the venue, the already enthusiastic crowd in North Carolina found a way to soothe their racing hearts. More than 110 cars participated in the 2022 iteration of the competition. Looking at its success in the previous year, the authorities decided to return in 2023, and it is safe to say that the decision has paid off.

Fans saw a younger Kevin Harvick in Keelan as he raced away to a win in the Trackhouse-sponsored Legend Car. Keelan launched his career in the Young Lions division by donning the green and white vehicle. Apart from Harvick, Kyle Busch‘s son, Brexton has also participated in the tournament.

The Starkid pair took part in the Summer Shootout series and have gradually gained experience across different racing circuits in the country. Specifically, Keelan has garnered a lot of exposure, having visited tracks throughout the country at such a young age.
