Andrew Wiggins, the dynamic forward for the Golden State Warriors, endured a challenging two-month absence last season. From February to April, he was sidelined for 25 consecutive games, citing undisclosed personal reasons for his time away from the court. Initially, there were widespread speculations that Wiggins might not return for the entire season. However, he appeared in their playoff series against the Sacramento Kings

According to Shams Charania, Andrew Wiggins missed games because of his father’s serious medical situation, but returned his health improved. However, as he prepares for the upcoming season, a new family matter may again affect his availability.

Wiggins has been in a relationship with former Notre Dame basketball player Mychal Johnson since 2013. While Mychal was a part of the Notre Dame Basketball Team during her college days, her current profession remains undisclosed.

Wiggins and Mychal Johnson first crossed paths during their university days and became a couple in college. Their journey into parenthood began with the birth of their first child, Amyah, in October 2018. The couple family expanded their family with the arrival of their second daughter, Alayah Milan, in April 2021.
