The last game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics had fans erupting in anger. LeBron James had two chances to win the game, but a bad decision cost the Lakers victory. In Saturday’s game in Boston, some referees made some incorrect decisions which negatively affected the final result. The game was sent to overtime because of a critical missed call. After this game, the referees faced intense backlash from the fans.

In the dying seconds of the game, as the clock was running out, the score was 105-105. This resulted in James elevating for a lay-up at the basket. Jayson Tatum of Boston, however, hit him on the arm between those two events.

As a result, the officiating crew did not acknowledge the foul and decided to continue with the game. In the end, overtime was required to finish the game. The final score of this game stood at 125-121, with Celtics beating the Lakers. This incident was then reacted to by many players as well as fans.
