If the Los Angeles Lakers’ current record for the season wasn’t alarming enough, the latest injury report likely does the job. The team’s leading scorer and star LeBron James exited with an injury in the Lakers’ last matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers. And now the latest update on the Lakers has their fanbase worried about the future of the team.
James dropped 30 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals in the 32 minutes he played in the game. However, James had to leave the game early with 5:41 left in the fourth quarter with a groin injury. James has been dealing with this injury for quite a few years now.

Fans seem more worried about the front office than an injured LeBron James
As per reports, James is suffering from a left adductor strain and is expected to miss out on at least the next two games for the Lakers. And that is not something that Laker fans wanted to hear. The Lakers are having a tough time as it is so far. And now to lose their leading scorer is bound to be a cause of major concern.
Although, fans seem to be even more concerned with what the Lakers’ front office has in mind to bolster the team’s roster. According to reports, the Los Angeles Lakers have recently held free-agent workouts with Tony Snell and Joe Wieskamp. And fans seem to have lost any and all hope for the team.

He is available but you gotta remember that Jeanie is our owner and Rob is our GM so any move that makes sense is off the table.

The Los Angeles Lakers have clearly been struggling as a team, currently sitting 14th in the Western Conference with a 2-9 record. But fans have started to question the front office’s decisions for the team as well. Blaming vice-president Rob Pelinka and team owner Jeanie Buss for their lack of action so far.
Now with LeBron James out of the rotation for a couple of games, perhaps fans may see Russell Westbrook make a comeback to the starting lineup. Westbrook has seemingly picked up the pace lately and has shown good on-court chemistry with big man Anthony Davis.
