Jordan Love Confirms Playoff Attendance but It’s Not a Green Bay Packers Game

When Jordan Love suits up, the air crackles with electricity—the roar of a fevered crowd, the scent of turf and sweat. But this offseason, the Packers quarterback isn’t just eyeing the pigskin; he’s setting his sights on the hardwood. Yep, you read that right—Love is gearing up to be an NBA playoff marvel. The stakes are sky-high for the Milwaukee Bucks, and Jordan doesn’t want to miss the action. However, his passion for the playoff push extends far beyond a supportive spectator role.
On a recent episode of the Thanalysis Show, Love declared with a grin, his eyes lit with anticipation as he responded to the Bucks forward, Thanasis Antetokounmpoon, “I’ll be down there for the playoff games, man.” For the young gunslinger, every moment is a playoff—a chance to etch his name in the annals of greatness. And as the Bucks charge into the postseason, Love plans to be right there courtside during spring, soaking in the energy and cheering on the cream city hoopers.
Well, there is every reason to cheer for the Bucks, who once again find themselves ‘at or near’ the top of the Eastern Conference standings with only ten games remaining in the regular NBA season. At the second spot, the team is two games ahead of the New York Kicks (44-28), 2.5 ahead of the Cleveland Cavaliers (44-29), and four games ahead of the Orlando Magic (42-30).

Coming back to Love, he reminded reporters last season, with stone-cold determination etched across his face, he said, “Every game is like a playoff game for us.” It’s a mantra that echoes through his every move, whether he’s slinging bullets at Lambeau or reveling in the Bucks’ hardwood heroics.
That very mentality propelled Love and the Packers to a historic upset over the vaunted Dallas Cowboys in last year’s playoffs. With the weight of the franchise on his shoulders, the young signal-caller stood tall, torching the Cowboys’ vaunted secondary en route to a 48-32 barnburner. “I knew I was going to have to hang in that pocket, take a couple hits,” Love admitted to Mican Parsons on a candid sitdown earlier this year. His voice was laced with the gruff nonchalance of a seasoned vet.

Yet, even as he savored that triumph, Love’s focus remained fixed on the future. The offseason beckoned a chance to push boundaries and forge new paths to greatness. Interestingly, the later rounds of the NBA playoffs will line up for when players are back in Green Bay for the early part of the activity. From California workout sessions with his receiving corps to the hallowed confines of Lambeau’s organized team activities, Love’s pursuit of perfection knows no bounds.
When the clock strikes curfew, Jordan Love goes courtside
For Love, life as an NFL starter is a wild ride – one minute you’re calling audibles in the freezing tundra of Lambeau, and the next you’re beating the 11 pm curfew before a big game. But when the playoffs roll around, all bets are off. Love is trading in the playbook for a courtside view of Giannis and the Bucks.

“We have curfew,” Love also explained to Bucks forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo, who was rocking the QB’s #10 jersey. Thanasis nearly dropped his protein shake – “We’re grown men!” But in the NFL, those are the rules. Miss curfew, and you’ll see those fines hit harder than a botched Lambeau Leap.

That’s just how it goes for Love during football season. But when the snowplows clear the lots at Lambeau, it’s the start of a whole new offseason playbook. Last year, the young gunslinger rounded up his receiving corps for some off-the-books workouts in California. No coaches, no curfews, just ballers putting in that Dog Day Afternoon grind.

This summer, you can bet Love will be rallying the troops again. Because even when there are no game plans to install, the work never stops. And when the Bucks make their playoff run? Love will be straight-up courtside, screaming like a kid who just copped front-row seats to see Eminem. Because in his world, every game is a playoff. Every shot, a chance to rise above the fray. And the roar of the crowd? Well, that’s just the soundtrack to glory.
