“Pretending That He’s Sad”: Tom Brady Accused of Faking It After Dramatic U Turn Following Brutal Roast

The Tom Brady roast brought a level-5 hurricane into Tom Brady’s life. At first, it might be just some forced smiles here and some genuine laughs there. But it was the aftermath where the real destruction unfolded. Gisele Bundchen was “upset” and “deeply disappointed” after the jokes that Brady didn’t stand up against. Brady revealed in the Pivot podcast that he was crestfallen by the way the jokes affected his kids.

To make up for all this, Tom Brady might have issued a public apology to his ex-wife and he might have promised to be a better parent to his kids as well. But at the end of it all. After everything was said and done from Brady’s end, Gilbert Arenas had just one question for Brady. Did he really think that his personal life was not going to be dragged through the mud and back by the people in the roast? When signing up for the roast, Brady knew he needed some thick skin, since there were going to be professional comedians throwing sharp barbs at him, which would seemingly extend to the ones around him as well.

“He’s pretending that he’s sad. He knew what was coming. He knew that woman was about to beat him up,” Arenas asserted on ‘NightCap’ to Shannon Sharpe and Ocho Cinco, bluntly claiming that Brady sensed the coming of everything on the roast beforehand. He didn’t stop there. The claims continued rolling in as Arenas even claimed that Brady was just ‘pretending’ to be sad.

Tom Brady faces another roast

Complaining against the roast might have invited some more roasting for Tom Brady. Building on the argument further, Shannon Sharpe added his take to it. “You should have thought about that before you took your a** and took thеm pеoplе’s monеy. You didn’t think about who you carе about thе most,” Sharpe asked bluntly. Sharpe, too, believed that Brady should have seen the jokes on his family long-coming.

“Oh yеah, now thеy didn’t say anything dirеctly about your kids, but you bеst bеliеvе anybody that you’vе bееn affiliatеd with. Thеy’ll say about your mom, thеy’ll say about your dad. But thеy’rе gonna tеar your wifе’s a**, your еx wifе, thеy’rе gonna tеar hеr a** up, and thеy’rе gonna tеar your a** up,” Sharpe iterated as plainly as he could, agreeing to Arenas’ question.
