Bad news comes in for the New York Giants, yet again. But this time, it is not about losing to another team. The Giants are going against the Dolphins, and naturally, things are not in their favor. Game-wise, they are losing to Tyreek Hill & co. However, news has come in that might change the Giants’ trajectory for the whole season and it’s about their QB1 Daniel Jones.

Daniel Jones is out of the game due to a severe injury and the extent of his injury is not clear, as of yet. Dov Kleiman’s tweet mid-game gave us more insight into what is going on in the Hard Rock Stadium.

The tweet from Dov Kleiman says that the Giants QB1 has been seriously injured in the game against the Dolphins and was seen heading to the locker room. It seems like Jones has taken a lot of hits in this game. One of them gave him a neck injury and it is confirmed that he is out for today’s game.

This happened when he took a sack from 3 Dolphins players at once and crashed. The star QB1 was hit by Andrew Van Ginkel on his blindside. After taking that blow, he was slow to get up and went to the medical tent for evaluation, after which he headed for the locker room.

This was the sixth sack of the day for the Miami Dolphins and it’s safe to say that Daniel Jones and the Giants are feeling the terror from Miami’s blows. The team had been struggling in the past, and this move from the Dolphins just put one more dent in the Giants’ roster. Jones exited the game in the 4 quarter and went 13-of-17 for 112 passing yards with a completion rate of 76.5%.

This tragic incident might set the Giants up for future failure as there are no updates on the severity of his injury yet. So, for now, his return is questionable. The Giants can’t do anything as of now but concentrate on winning the uphill battle. More to be added soon, join us later!

The Sad but expected loss

Unfortunately, the Giants lost to the Dolphins with a final score of 31-16 in Miami’s favour in a very spectacular way (for Miami). Tua Tagovailoa had 2 touchdowns, then there was Raheem Mostert with his touchdown as well. Well, it didn’t stop as D.Achane and Tyreek Hill also scored a receiving touchdown against the NY Giants. As for the away team, there is not a lot to say as they stay at the bottom of the NFC ratings after this game.
