As unbelievable as it may sound, the Jake Paul (27) vs. Mike Tyson (57) fight is soon to take place and is indeed a reality. The age difference between them is criminally unfair considering that there’s a 30-year age difference between them. The fight is scheduled to take place on the 20th of July and is going to be streamed on Netflix.
The entire fighting community has united to call out Paul for disrespecti͏ng the legacy ͏of a legen͏dary boxer. Former welterweight champio͏n, Kamaru Usman͏, eve͏n stated that someone͏ should step forward to guide ͏Paul in his career. Now, ͏Dana ͏Whi͏te ha͏s joined the bandwagon against Paul. Dana White already had some beef with Jake Paul due to his comments on the payments to the fighters and the CEO leaves no stone unturned to give back everything that one gives him including disrespect. As soon as the Paul vs. Tyson fight was announced, White made his stance clear like crystal: He does not like such horrendous matchups.
In a separate statement, at the UFC 299 presser, White was asked about his opinion on the fight, he said, “I don’t like to see guys fighting at (that age). It’d be a 31-year age difference during that fight. You guys know what I think of that stuff.”

A week after his comments, White has again attacked Jake Paul with a meme. The UFC CEO shared a meme in his story that showcases Paul’s next match and that too against a 93-year-old, Clint Eastwood. Whote captioned the story with a simple word that highlights Paul’s situation: “Haha”

Chael Sonnen considers that the match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul is nothing but a huge prank. He believes that both Paul and Tyson have a respectable stance on society and they should maintain that level. According to Sonnen, Tyson is old and he should not step into the boxing ring.
I used to make so much money with Jake Paul, I used to make so much money with Mike Tyson. There are things within an industry that we would never reveal, you never expose the business. It’s becoming harder and harder because there are very few things that aren’t exposed… If that comes out and it makes head waves, the balloon that is this fight just gets popped.” said Chael Sonnen.
