I can’t even remember the last time I was this light. Maybe, 10 years ago,” he added. “I am walking around now at 215. Which is really light for me. Especially a week out of a fight. But I mean I put in the work, I’ve done everything I wanted to do. I mean in a 4 weeks span I think the muscle memory has been a huge success for me through my life,” he said further.

Eating healthy, staying healthy, eating clean, taking care of my body because the muscle memory has bounced back faster than I thought it ever would. My timing’s good. I am not gonna say great but it’s good. I am ready to fight,” the former UFC champion concluded.

Anderson Silva vs Tito Ortiz: what to expect?

While both fighters have been out of their prime for a while, fans can still expect the duo to put on a show once they square off next weekend. So, Ortiz will certainly have his hands full. However, he is confident in his abilities. Also, Ortiz has always been considered an elite striker throughout his MMA career. If he is actually any match for a wizard, like Silva, remains to be seen.
