The Brazilian fighter took to Twitter after Musk made a reference to the famous TV show, the Simpsons.

What did Paulo Costa tweet about Musk?

The billionaire Elon Musk tweeted a shot from the Simpsons S26E12 and claimed that the show predicted his buying Twitter. Notably, the American show has a reputation among viewers for predicting future events. But, the 31-year-old athlete sensed an opportunity.

‘Borrachinha‘ replied to the ‘Chief Twit‘ and hilariously asked him to buy TikTok. Thus, he said, “Elon please buy TikTok and delete it”

The 14-2 record holder then found a knack for a string of similar requests. Following his TikTok request, the MMA fighter asked Musk to buy the world’s biggest MMA promotion, UFC. Hence, he wrote, “Buy ufc and put ringgits topless”

Further, the fearsome knockout artist asked for a favor for the MMA fighter-turned-UFC commentator, Michael Bisping. Therefore, he requested, “Please buy a new eye to bisping and give him a retirement form@ufc host”

Afterward, the BJJ ace targeted Brendan Schaub. Thus, he appealed, “Buy all comedian club and fired Brendan schaub”.

Lastly, the #6 ranked middleweight fighter demanded, “Please buy Brazil and attach it to Florida”

Costa last fought inside the Octagon against the UFC veteran, Luke Rockhold, at UFC 278. Significantly, he was on a 2-loss streak and broke his slump in a dominating display.

Costa’s UFC losses

In a decade-long MMA career, ‘The Eraser’ has only lost twice. The first of these losses came at UFC 253 against the former UFC champion, Israel Adesanya.

Significantly, not only did ‘The Last Stylebender’ shatter Costa’s dream of claiming the UFC title, but also handed him his first-ever MMA loss. Before this fight, Costa was 13-0 in the record books.

Subsequently, Marvin Vettori became the second UFC fighter to defeat Costa when he scored a decision win at UFC Fight Night 196.

Paulo Costa is scheduled to face Robert Whittaker at UFC 284 in Perth on February 11, 2023. A win for either of the fighter will move them inches closer to the newly crowned middleweight champ, Alex Pereira.
