Conor McGregor and his trash talks have definitely secured him some extra coverage. Moreover, McGregor’s tweets have always drawn the UFC world’s attention. His recent online scuffle with Dustin Poirier found a way to slither into the ‘Michael Bisping Podcast’. Bisping and Anthony Smith discussed McGregor and Poirier’s heated exchange on social media and has some inputs of their own. But the Irish fighter may not like it.
In the recent episode of Bisping’s podcast, Smith and Bisping conversed about Poirier’s recent hospital visits. Furthermore, they talked about McGregor and Poirier going back and forth on Twitter, generating a bit of heat.

Recently, in the Michael Bisping Podcast, Anthony Smith and Michael Bisping stumbled upon the recent scuffle between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier on Twitter. It all began with Poirier’s tweet, “Going on day 2 in the hospital sh*ts getting serious.”
The team pulled up the former champ’s comment and read, “Heal up soon scruffy knickers.” The fighter with $200 net worth simply could not back down from stating his wishes to fight Poirier again. Bisping then read Poirier’s reply. The ‘Diamond’ wrote, “You done filming Roid House and ready to get slapped around again?” The podcaster indeed found it funny.

However, he seemed to love McGregor’s comeback, as well. He read the tweet, “Ye I’m in Amsterdam jacked like van damn. You weren’t just hurt pal. You were scared hurt don’t forget it. I’m coming back to put you in a box. Full of it. I’m sending you off this earth. Permanent. … Stay waiting for the road as well pal you and the missus will love it.”

Finally, Bisping said, “So, talking a big game. Pretty sure he did that before the last one. Pretty sure he said he was sending him home in the coffin, in a body bag.” McGregor is known for his trash talks on Twitter. However, the fighter’s desire to fight the ‘Diamond’ is not a joke.
While the duo talked about the former double champion talking big before every game, Smith made a smart remark regarding McGregor’s previous loss. He said, “Instead he sent him home with a pocket full of cash!” Bisping agreed and said, “Pocket full of cash and another win.” However, he also claimed that if he were in Poirier’s shoes, he’d take the fight against McGregor.
Dustin Poirier’s battle with Staph
Poirier was battling a terrible Staphilococcus infection. He previously shared a nasty picture of his left foot. He went on antibiotic therapy. Thankfully, the medications seemed to be working, and the fighter was released from the hospital on 7th December 2022.

Although it was McGregor’s comments that stole the show, Bisping did seem concerned for Poirier. He said, “It is very serious, as we know, you know. So, we wish him nothing but the best.”
