Daniel Cormier Reveals Joe Rogan’s Million Dollar Advice Amid UFC Fighters’ Criticism Including Tony Ferguson

Daniel Cormier is a member of the UFC’s prestigious Hall of Fame and one of the sport’s most successful analysts. He is also a core part of the UFC’s color commentary team and is terrific at what he does.
Cormier brings all of his knowledge from years of mixed martial arts to the mic, and fans love his reactions in the booth. DC has been doing this for a long time, but he has recently received complaints about being a biased commentator.
Tony Ferguson, the former UFC champion, is among those who have criticized Cormier’s and Joe Rogan’s work in the booth. Ferguson and DC have a lot of bad blood between them and ‘El Cucuy’ has taken jabs at him and his work on many occasions. Daniel Cormier believes this bad blood exists because of his close relationship with Tony’s rival Khabib Nurmagomedov, who Ferguson openly dislikes.

In a recent interview, DC spoke about how he deals with ‘biased’ claims and what Joe Rogan has told him about the same.
Cormier said, “I know how hard I work at this, I know how much time I spend preparing for this. I know (what) I try to give these guys and tell their stories and do them justice. Sometimes, people just don’t see what you see and that’s really on them. But I’m not apologizing for doing my job, and I think that’s the beauty in being a fighter.”

“People can be mad at you, but it’s like we just gotta talk about it, right? I’m not a guy that – they gotta move a little different around me. I don’t really worry about it too much. Rogan told me, I was on some, ‘Ah the fans, this, this’ and then Rogan said it on air. He goes, ‘Oh, you gotta be careful with our bias commentary.’ He just doesn’t care. He just does not care because the reality is it does not matter. You’re put in a position to do a job that is very, very difficult, and very few people in the world can do it, so you do it to the best of your ability,” added Cormier.
