When Lovato knocked out Sylvester Stallone

Lovato made headlines after a short clip of her sparring with Stallone went viral. In the clip, Lovato sparred with the ‘Rocky’ star and even managed to knock him down. While many conversations about the legitimacy of the clip raged on, Stallone himself later clarified that it was indeed a staged clip.

In his explanation, Stallone said, “Now for a second, you don’t think that’s real. That shows how you can actually choreograph and fake a punch, but it takes a little bit of practice.”

Demi Lovato is therefore not a stranger to the world of combat sports altogether. Her recent accomplishment only solidifies that fact. Furthermore, she has also dated former UFC champion, Luke Rockhold.
