Dustin Poirier is almost set to finalize the date of his trilogy fight against Conor McGregor in July at UFC 264. ‘The Diamond’ currently spotted a tweet claiming a crucial aspect of their third fight. “I think if Conor cheques the leg kick he should be fine,” said the Tweet.
The former UFC interim lightweight champion spotted it and proceeded to give a subtle response. “Prolly,” wrote the Louisiana native.
Leg kicks were of course the biggest factor in McGregor’s fall at UFC 257. Poirier pulled off an upset over the former 2-division UFC champion, knocking him out in the 2nd round of their contest.
