Joe Rogan has a great deal of knowledge on a variety of topics. The podcast host is an avid reader and keeps up with the current trends to get a dose of useful information. This allows him to comment on various matters to educate or get a laugh out of his audience. Part of the reason why Rogan is a successful stand-up comedian is his nature of absorbing more.

The other part is his talent to convert this subject into a well-thought joke. Recently, the UFC commentator chatted with the host of ‘MeatEater’, Steven Rinella, on episode #1912 of The Joe Rogan Experience. In this episode, Rogan discussed a controversial book written by former football running back Orenthal James Simpson, commonly referred to as O. J. Simpson. Rogan shared that he got the book as a gift, but never went through it.

Although Rogan got the book as a gift from a comedian friend; the 55-year-old successful podcaster confessed he never went through O. J. Simpson’s book, ‘If I did it’.

Rogan said, “Right. Yeah. Yeah. I had a copy of that (‘If I did it’),”

But his wife did not favor him ever going through its contents. In fact, Ditzel hid it from the former fear factor host.

The famous JRE host and stand-up comic added, “I think my wife threw it out. Because I can’t find it. She’s tight-lipped.”

“Somebody gave me. I forget who… Some comic gave me a signed copy of O.J’s ‘If I Did it”

“Yeah, I never even cracked the book. I don’t even think I ever even (opened it). I think it was sealed.”

Then Rinella jested that Simpson would break and enter Rogan’s household to retrieve his book copy. Rogan couldn’t control his laughter after hearing this.

Has Simpson broken into a place before?

This joke calls back to when, The 75-year-old broke into a hotel room in Las Vegas in 1994 and stole some memorabilia, which he claimed were his stolen possessions.

Therefore, Rinella called back to this incident and applied it to Joe Rogan‘s case. However, Rogan clarified, “(Laughs) I think he’s done with that.” And joked about the entire Simpson trial.
