Nate Diaz put on a show in his fight against Leon Edwards. Despite ‘Rocky’ dominating most of the contest, Diaz, who had him hurt at the end, was inches close to finishing the fight. YouTuber turned pro-boxer, Jake Paul reacted to Diaz’s performance at UFC 263. He promised to knock Diaz out after his fight with former UFC welterweight kingpin, Tyron Woodley.
The 3-0 boxer will take on T-Wood in a boxing match on August 28. ‘The Problem Child’, who sees Diaz as a potential opponent, said, “I will knockout Nate Diaz after I knockout Woodley.”

Paul last fought Ben Askren and earned a first-round knockout finish. Now, he is set to have the toughest test of his career to date against Woodley. However, he is already looking ahead.
The Stockton native Diaz certainly made a statement in his fight. He proved he can still hang in there with the very best of the welterweight division. Given his display, he will have a cream of the crop opponent next, if he decides to have another run in the 170 lbs division of the UFC.
Even after a layoff of over a year, Diaz showed he is still a warrior. Though many expected it to be a tough outing for him, he put his toughness and grit on display once again. Also, his striking certainly showed new layers to it.

Despite it having the ability to secure him a huge pay-day, it’s tough to see Diaz going out to box Paul at the moment. This is despite him being vocal about fighter pay.
Though Paul is looking to get big-name opponents as his dance partners inside the squared ring, it’s hard to imagine Diaz stepping up against him as he will probably continue in the UFC for now.
