UFC welterweight contender, Jorge Masvidal has always been the people’s champ. He broke into the UFC after a long journey that started off as a street fighter. Even today, ‘Gamebred’ honors the memory of the late MMA icon. He recently shared an old video where Ferguson prepared a unique concoction, which he called a ‘protein shake’.

Ferguson added 3 eggs, and an entire stick of butter followed by some ground beef into this “Legendary” concoction. But that’s not all. The late street-fighting icon wanted it to have more protein.
