The UFC and MMA fans are always treated with some of the most bizarre incidents that happen inside the octagon. Recently, there has been a biting incident that was witnessed by UFC fans. UFC Vegas 70 saw Nurullo Aliev biting his opponent. Moreover, the new UFC fighter also defended his actions by giving absurd reasons for the same.
Furthermore, UFC light heavyweight Anthony Smith discussed the same in a recent podcast with Michael Bisping. Some amazing and shocking details were revealed by the UFC fighter in his confession on the podcast.

Anthony Smith shares his story of an opponent biting him
The UFC light heavyweight and Michael Bisping discussed Nurullo Aliev biting his opponent inside the octagon. Moreover, the pair were discussing and joking about biting incidents happening inside the octagon.
Anthony Smith then shared his story of getting bitten by an opponent. The UFC fighter said, “It wasn’t in the UFC but I fought… Matt Gable, it was Dan Gable’s nephew…”
Furthermore, the UFC light heavyweight narrates, “Well, I had like a nasty cut on my arm from glass. I got the stitches out from two weeks before I fought and I was defending a takedown and I was digging an underhook or something and I was cross-facing him. My arm got stuck in his mouth as I was like trying to rip his face across my body and there was so much pressure on it that it tore that real nasty cut wide open… My arm was stuck in his mouth… I kind of squeezed his head, so I kind of made him bite me.”
The duo also mentioned some of the other biting instances that happened in the UFC.

Bisping and Smith discuss Dustin Poirier biting Michael Chandler
Another biting incident that happened recently in the UFC is at UFC 281. During the fight, ‘The Diamond’ admitted to having bitten Chandler during the bout. Poirier revealed that he bit ‘Iron Mike’ when he tried to fish-hook him. Aliev‘s incident makes two biting incidents in the UFC alone.
